Product Costs for Injections

• Medication injections: The injection itself is included, but you pay for the medication (like Depo estradiol)

• Aesthetic treatments: Jeuveau injections at member pricing ($13/unit vs. $15/unit for non-members)

Lab and Pathology Fees

• Lab processing: When we send your blood work to the lab, you pay the lab directly

• Pathology evaluation: If we biopsy a skin lesion, the pathologist's analysis fee is separate

• Radiology reading: X-ray interpretation by radiologists

Outside Your Primary Care Scope

• Specialist care: Referrals to cardiologists, orthopedists, etc.

• Hospital services: Emergency room visits, surgeries, inpatient care

• Advanced imaging: MRIs, CT scans, ultrasounds

• Prescription medications: Filled at your pharmacy (covered by your insurance)
