  • As a member, you receive menopause primary care. You deserve to feel energetic and graceful as you transition through midlife and beyond. Colleen offers collaborative women’s healthcare including evidence-based hormone and nonhormone options. She addresses symptoms of menopause including hot flashes, weight changes, low libido, mood swings, recurrent urinary tract infections, and much more. Colleen is a proud member of the Menopause Society, which promotes evidence-based practices in women’s healthcare.

  • As a member, you receive medical weight loss support included in your primary care. Medical weight loss is a provider-assisted approach to wellness in addition to changing the number on the scale. You will collaborate with Colleen to develop and individualized plan to meet your personal goals.

We understand that seeking care can feel overwhelming, and our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment where you can receive the support you deserve. From hormone therapy to ongoing primary care, we work closely with you, ensuring that your health journey is met with understanding and expertise. With our direct primary care model, you’ll have the time and attention you need, free from judgment or barriers to access.

    Colleen offers treatment with Jeuveau, a botulinum protein similar to Botox, to deliver natural-looking results that patients love. The majority of patients experience onset by day 2 and visible results at 4 months. To host or attend a Wrinkle Relaxer Party, contact Colleen.
