About Payment Security

• Your card information is encrypted and securely stored. It will be used for your one-time initiation fee (which covers your first 30 days) and your recurring monthly membership fee (starting 30 days after your initiation visit).

Once your appointment is scheduled, you'll receive access to our secure patient portal. The paperwork is designed to be thorough but not overwhelming, we want to know you well so we can serve you better.
