Add a credit card to hold your appointment. Your payment information is stored securely in our PCI-compliant system.
About Payment Security
Your card information is encrypted and securely stored. It will be used for your one-time initiation fee (which covers your first 30 days) and your recurring monthly membership fee (starting 30 days after your initiation visit).

Once your appointment is scheduled, you'll receive access to our secure patient portal. The paperwork is designed to be thorough but not overwhelming, we want to know you well so we can serve you better.

Becoming an Official Member
At the end of your visit, you'll officially become a Serene Primary Care member. You'll receive your initiation invoice via email and a detailed visit summary through our secure Spruce app.

Your Visit Summary
You'll receive a comprehensive summary of your initiation visit, including any action items, follow-up plans, and next steps for your care.
