The Direct Primary Care Model

Serene Primary Care was created in response to the shortcomings of insurance-based primary care. Direct primary care providers utilize a membership-based service model. Patients pay a flat monthly fee that covers most or all of the primary care services they might need, including routine checkups, preventive care, chronic disease management, and even some minor procedures. This membership system allows for fewer patients per provider, direct access to your provider, unlimited appointments, extended appointment times, no copays, transparent costs, and a focus on prevention.

Colleen is a Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of experience, including 15 years in family practice. Colleen excels at listening to patients, understanding their health goals, and providing patients with up-to-date, evidence-based information to inform their health decisions.
